Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

United States
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 estimated 3–5 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50
Canada
- Standard Shipping: $14.99 estimated 7–14 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.
Duties & Taxes (Canada)
Duties and taxes for Canadian orders are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Magic Scents is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us at magicscents46@gmail.com as soon as possible, we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it's been lost in transit, please contact us at magicscents46@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can help resolve the issue.
